Macarons!

Please forgive my saccharine indulgence here in pink and white, but the colors really do express my glee in baking my first macarons (pied and all)....OK, fine, they're my second round. The first was so beyond terrible it really doesn't count. Does it?

Oh, Sookie

Apparently, Snoop Dogg is such a fan of the Sookie Stackhouse series that he wrote a song and made a video about it. "Oh, Sookie." It's actually pretty hilarious. Check it out.

Alejandro

As my friend Tony put it, "The video for 'Alejandro' is sick. I've watched it like 5 times! I wish you were here with me to critique it!!"

In typical fashion, I am posting Lady Gaga's new (or new-ish...gimme a break, I've been out of town) video. Madonna homage, tribute to the gay struggle, etc. It's not as much of a full-fledged narrative as her previous videos, but I have to say it's good that she uses a different approach with each one. I feel like a broken record saying this, but it's awesome.
